Worlifts were very pleased with our week at MACH 2018 exhibiting in the MMMA metalworking village. We have followed up over 100+ leads from the show, opening one new initial account to which we have already supplied a couple of small orders. Wednesday and Thursday were our busiest days, but even with the show finishing at 4pm on Friday, at 3.50pm we still had a number of interested customers on our stand. Overall, a very worthwhile exhibition for us and we are looking forward to the next MACH exhibition.
April was a busy month here at Group Rhodes and saw us exhibiting at MACH 2018 at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. Our exhibits included a 60 Tonne Straight Sided Mechanical Press fitted with an Atkin 300mm-wide Servo Feeder and an Atkin SP300 Spacesaver Decoiler. The Manufacturing Technologies Association, which owns and organises the MACH Exhibition, is pleased to announce that the number of trade visitors to MACH 2018 was up 5% on the equivalent figure for the Exhibition’s last edition in 2016. 23,125 trade visitors came into the Halls at the NEC between 9-13 April. 19,445 of those visitors registered directly with MACH (a 7% increase on 2016) and an additional 3,680 registered with one of the co-located exhibitions and visited MACH too.
