SafeWise Health, Safety and HR Advisors was established in 2012 by Sean Tennant and Gary Milligan to provide cost-effective and bespoke Health & Safety services to small and medium sized Construction companies throughout the West Midlands, which now includes Manufacturing and Engineering.  SafeWise has “continually improved” its products and services over the past 10 years. With Health & Safety linking very closely to Human Resources, it was inevitable that their natural business progression was to offer the same flexible HR advisory service to clients as they do with their H&S services.  Their Health & Safety and HR advisors are experienced qualified professionals offering complete H&S and HR support at a fraction of the cost of a full-time H&S or HR Manager. Training plays an essential role in all businesses, large or small, in complying with both HR and Health & Safety legislation. Safewise provides free H&S and HR legislation training for all their clients continuously throughout the year. They also have a wide range of flexible classroom and online training courses which can be booked to suit your requirements. Bringing SafeWise into the MMMA will provide the opportunity for members to seek out and receive professional help and advice on a multitude of subjects, meeting the needs of our members. On a positive note, the MMMA membership continues to grow even in these very difficult times for our sector.
